b3. I applied for the Placement Test, but did not receive the test ID or Password.
回答

The email containing your ID and Password is sent immediately. Check your spam box.

If it did not arrive, try applying once more with a different email address.

Refrain from using “＠naver.com、@qq.com” addresses.

 

If you still do not receive the test ID and password after using a different email address, send an email include following information 1-4 to the email address below.

 

1. Subject：【Inquiry】I haven't received my placement test ID and PW.

Mail body

2. Your name

3. Registered email address

4. Registered date

 

Send to jp-kyoten＃un.tsukuba.ac.jp (Replace # with @ when sending your email.)
