初級クラス（3レベル：補講日本語入門、初級1、初級2）は、レベルごとに「かつどう、りかい」、加えて漢字のクラスを開講します。また、中上級クラス（5レベル：補講日本語4-8）は、技能別「文法」「話す」「聞く」「読む」「書く」「漢字」が開講され、それぞれのレベルに応じたクラスを受講できます。
補講日本語コースは週6コマまで履修可能ですが、単位は修得できません。

・JLPTのN1-N3到達を目指す学生に向けた、言語知識・読解・聴解のクラス
・BJT(ビジネス日本語能力テスト)でより高いレベルを目指す学生のためのクラス
・就職活動において必要とされる面接対応力、情報収集力等を身に付けるためのクラス
希望するクラスを受講できますが、単位は修得できません。

大学院生のための日本語

Japan－Expertプログラムの学群留学生を対象に、大学の授業で対応可能な日本語能力の習得を目的に開講される日本語科目です。
日本語レベルに応じて、「読む」「書く」「聞く」「話す」「漢字」「文法」「総合日本語」「専門日本語」の8科目を履修します。

This course is for undergraduate level students (refer to the student ID)at the university through an exchange program with one of our sister universities. The course is organized into classes offering 7 levels of Japanese (Comprehensive Japanese 1-7), and 8 levels of Kanji (Comprehensive Kanji 1-8).
The specific contents of each class is adjusted to the levels of the students participating.
Students can take up to 6 classes a week.

Classes are organized as follows:

Elementary (Supplementary Japanese 1-3): 1 period per day, 4 days per week; a separate Kanji class can also be taken once a week.
Intermediate (Supplementary Japanese 4-8): Classes separated into the skill areas of “grammar,” “speaking,” “listening,” “reading,” “writing,” and “kanji.” Students may choose from among these classes.
Students can take up to 6 classes a week. However, Supplementary Japanese is a non-credited course.

Japanese for Professional Purposes

This course aims to enhance the Japanese language skills of international students who seek employment in Japan.
・Language Knowledge, Reading and Listening classes are offered to students who aim for level N1-N3 of JLPT.
・BJT (Business Japanese Proficiency Test) classes are offered to students who aim for a high level in that test.
・Career-oriented classes with a focus on interview skills and media literacy are offered to students who are interested in pursuing a career in Japan.
Students can take any number of classes, however, Japanese for Professional Purposes is a non-credited course.

Japan-Expert Japanese, a language course offered to undergraduate-level international students enrolled in the Japan-Expert Program, is to acquire Japanese language skills students need to handle university classes. There are 8 subjects: Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking, Kanji, Grammar, Comprehensive Japanese, and Japanese for Specific Purposes. Classes are divided according to students’ Japanese language levels.

Japanese Language Course for students in Undergraduate English Programs

This course is for students enrolled in the Undergraduate English Programs※.

Classes are divided into four levels according to students’ Japanese proficiency. The course aims to build the four skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing) by teaching a range of topics from daily Japanese to intermediate level reading and writing.
